Our Classes
Getting Started at Kinesia Pilates
At Kinesia Pilates, our classes are designed with intention, progression, and precision in mind. While we don’t offer traditional “Intro Reformer” group classes, we provide clear pathways to help every client begin safely and successfully.
Our method emphasizes skill development, control, and flow—so starting at the right level is key to getting the most out of your experience.
Our Class Levels
-
Fundamentals and Restorative
Slow-paced and technique-focused. Build strong foundations, refine alignment, heal from chronic pain and stress, and develop better precision.

Flow and Sculpt
Moderate pace with more exercise variety and ready to learn the transitions between exercises. Builds endurance, coordination, mental focus and a flowing workout.
Best for: When you feel confident with foundational movements and the Reformer set-up for each exercise.
-
Challenge and Dynamic
Faster-paced with complex sequences and skill-based progressions.
Best for: Experienced clients who have mastered flowing transitions and ready for dynamic skills challenges.

Not all Pilates is the same.
If you’re coming from gym Pilates or a corporate Pilates Club, our approach may feel very different—especially in pacing, transitions, and technical precision. Even strong, experienced clients are often surprised by the level of control and skill required.
Starting in Fundamentals isn’t about fitness level—it’s about learning a new system. The real challenge comes from mastering the details.
Please note:
All equipment classes require basic familiarity with setup and safety to maintain a smooth and continuous class flow. If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with Private Lessons before joining group classes.
