Clients who learn the skills and personalized technique of classical Pilates Method in Private lessons at Kinesia and practice 2x week in the studio and 2x week at home will see improvements in their posture and feel more centered within weeks - and with regular practice they heal their body and reduce injuries, experience flow state during daily practice and enhance athletic performance.

We offer personal training in Pilates in one-on-one Private lessons, and small group practice with up to 5 people in the studio. 

Kinesia Pilates is a locally-owned, woman-owned and operated boutique Pilates studio with experienced, comprehensively certified classically trained teachers.  

We are committed to providing you with an experience that is responsive to your needs and goals as you change. Our teachers are comprehensively trained and the cues, exercises and challenges they give will move you toward your personal best that meets you where you are.
