  • We offer Pilates personal training and MELT Method sessions at our studio.

  • We are open for booking Monday- Friday 7am-6pm and Saturdays 1-4pm.

  • At Kinesia we have several class types to choose from:

    Privates: 1

    Duets: 2

    Semi-Privates: 3-4

    Group Classes: 5-6

  • You can purchase lessons and classes through our app, online, or in person using cash or a credit card. We also have package rates and monthly unlimited subscriptions.

    We also have a variety of payment packages that give you a special rate for sessions. Most students find these options to be convenient and cost effective, while supporting the studio and helping motivate regular practice.

  • We ask new clients to take a few Private Lessons with us before jumping into Group Classes.

    This is to ensure the Safety and enjoyment of the client when using the equipment. It also helps maintain proper pacing in classes.

  • "I have back pain/sciatica/ruptured or bulging disc, arthritis, a clicking knee, a stiff hip, a cranky neck, a sore shoulder... is Pilates safe for me to do?"

    If you are in acute pain or recently injured please consult with your healthcare provider.

    Our teachers are experienced and will adapt the exercises to your needs so you can exercise safely. Doctors and physical therapists often refer their clients to Kinesia Pilates to continue the work that was started in therapy.

    Pilates exercises are designed to improve posture, circulation and coordination, which can help alleviate physical pain and distress.

    There are hundreds of exercises to choose from, as well as countless modifications, so we can develop a personalized full-body workout that helps your body to heal.

  • Fitted shirts and leggings or shorts are ideal.

    For safety on the apparatus avoid hanging ties and loose, flowy garments. We ask everyone to wear clean socks– Grip Socks are best for traction on the apparatus. We have loaners or options to purchase in our retail shop if needed.

    If you have hair that falls in your eyes, please tie it back.

  • MELT is a self-massage technique utilizing small balls and sot rollers to help hydrate your myofacial tissue.

    It enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall wellbeing.
