We offer personal training in Private lessons, Semi-Privates, Small Group Equipment and Mat Classes, Open-Gym practice, team building events, and comprehensive teacher training in Romana’s Pilates International Instructor Training.

Small group Classes

Small Group Classes

We specialize in classical Pilates method using traditional 4-spring Gratz reformers.

Classes typically include the mat + other apparatus: Cadillac or Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Correctors, etc…

Our “All-Level” classes are at the Intermediate level in the classical Reformer workout.

If you are new to our studio we recommend starting with 3-Private lessons for a personalized training plan so you get what you want in your classes.
