Types of Fundamentals Classes:
- Fundamentals: Reformer, Mat, All Apparatus
- Pilates Barre: Standing Pilates at a Ballet Barre
- Mat + Weights: Pilates Mat and Dumbbells

In these classes the basics are not explained.
Be prepared to workout more independently at a faster pace. Classes are synchronized, although individual exercises may vary to allow for beginners to advanced levels to work together.
